My stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured our comfort throughout our visit. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with an array of international and local dishes to choose from. What truly made the breakfast experience unforgettable was the amazing help we received from Supamas. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality were remarkable. She went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences and made sure our mornings started off perfectly. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to providing excellent service truly set the tone for our days. Another impressive aspect of our stay was the efficiency and assistance we received during our checkout. We had an early morning flight and needed to check out at midnight. Despite the unusual hour, the front desk staff handled our request swiftly and with great professionalism. Their quick and efficient service ensured that we could leave for the airport on time without any stress or delay. The combination of luxurious amenities, exceptional service, and the personalized care from staff members like Supamas made our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in Bangkok an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Bangkok. ---

The hotel is truly a 5 star hotel with professional yet friendly services. It never failed to surprise and delight guests with their genuine care. My husband was sick during our stay and shown no interest in food at our breakfast table one day. When the staff learnt of his condition, within 5 mins, the supervisor Ms Sitthimon and the waitress lady Ms Triyapon brought him two bottles of Pocari - the electrolyte drinks for replenishing energy. We were so touched by their protectiveness and care. We like their customer oriented attitude and genuine smiles.

The room was modern clean and spacious. Staff were really friendly. This trip was to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel had prepared a welcome cake and a surprise at the hotel buffet. Room service and concierge requests for items and water were super quick, no long waits at all. Good variety of TV channels. Decent water pressure in the shower. We loved that the hotel was super convenient. CentralwOrld and BTS stations were just a short less than 5 minute walk away. In 10 minutes you could walk to the Siam area as well.

Great location as it is a walking distance to Big C, Central World and The Platinum Fashion Mall. About 5 mins walk to the nearest BTS station. Great spacious room and bathroom with beautiful views of the city. Breakfast they serve pork however there is Arabic station and wide selection of pastries, cereals etc for Muslim travelers.
