I had a fantastic stay at the Intercontinental. The staff are really what sets this place apart. They were the most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve encountered in any hotel. The hotel has great facilities, the rooms are large, comfortable and the beds are equally comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar is a must visit.

staff was so friendly. the first room we got. had a real bad smell and so they had to transfer us- but that took some time and so it was a hassle. the smell was strong and came from the bathroom so am not sure why housekeeping gave the room a green light to be occupied
